With our viaOne® suite of web-based tools, we can access claim data, set up alerts and create reports for clients. The system’s flexible design allows us to provide our clients with claims information exactly when it is needed. Through this secure application, we can view claim status updates, treatment plans, billing data, accident and injury reports, and diagnosis details. The Alerts feature provides notifications when new claims and C-9 forms are submitted, when changes occur in claim status and when new email messages are waiting. With the Reports module, we are able to schedule and generate reports that can be easily viewed or downloaded in various formats for clients.

CHS clients that elect viaOne options can conveniently report new claims; view real time claims information; access documents, images and notes; and create a watch list for their more active claims.
